Remote Mental Health Therapist Flexible Teletherapy & AI

Two Chairs is hiring remote clinicians in the United States to deliver evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). You will work with modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI, managing a 7–20 session weekly caseload and 8–24 hours of availability Monday to Friday.

We support licensure expansion to other states at company expense, with a focus on ongoing professional development and robust EMR documentation within 48 hours of client contact.
