Charlie Health is seeking a Remote Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead engaging, evidence-based virtual therapy groups for teens, young adults, and families in our IOP and PHP programs. In this role, you’ll deliver structured group sessions, support individualized treatment goals, complete timely documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. You’ll use telehealth tools to promote safety, participation, and therapeutic alliance while helping expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare nationwide.
