Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments through our teletherapy software, ensuring accurate evaluations of clients' mental health statuses. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through video calls, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs and circumstances. Engage in routine team meetings to discuss client progress, strategize care paths, and sustain continuity of treatment in collaboration with fellow practitioners. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related discipline. Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Ability to independently practice and manage a therapy caseload effectively. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and solid communication abilities. Compensation and Benefits Psych Bloom Recovery Clinic offers a competitive salary range between USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and hours worked.
