The Jacobson Group is seeking a Medicare Advantage Sales Agent to support high-volume inbound calls in a remote setting. You will qualify prospective members, assist with enrollment during the annual enrollment period, and document interactions in our CRM while delivering a positive member experience.
This role requires at least 1 year of Medicare or commercial sales, strong customer service skills, and a wired internet connection. Work hours are 40 per week across 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
