You work from home and schedule primary care visits, specialty clinic appointments, community care consults, and follow-ups for Veterans and their families across the VISN 19 region.
CLFC provides onboarding, federal cybersecurity orientation, VA system training (VistA and CPRS), scheduling protocols under VHA Directive 1230, and ongoing coaching.
