As a Remote Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical services. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments for medical services, including consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or medical training preferred

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a medical scheduler or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic medical records systems

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
