Remote Medical Coder: ICD-10/CPT Expert (AHIMA/APC)

Vee Healthtek, Inc. is seeking a Medical Coder to assign diagnostic and procedural codes for patient charts with moderate to high complexity using ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS.

You will abstract relevant clinical information from medical records and ensure accurate coding in accordance with regulations. The role requires reviewing records, querying clinicians for clarification when needed, and maintaining high accuracy and productivity as per training and guidelines.
