Remote Medical Call Center Specialist

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Remote Medical Call Center Specialist will perform outbound and inbound calls, process prior authorization requests, and verify patient eligibility and benefits while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform outbound calls and assist with inbound calls to support patients Review and process prior authorization requests for medications and services Verify patient eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers Required qualifications Must have 1+ year of recent experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted)
