Velixo is seeking an engineer to own the evaluation infrastructure for Velixo Intelligence, building the framework that tells us whether model changes improve our product and how much they cost us to run. This measurement-first role replaces anecdotes with evidence and aims to reduce cost per action without sacrificing quality.
You will instrument actions, define quantifiable success, run evaluations before upgrades, and track quality over time.
