Location: Blaine, MN Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What To Expect You'll manage a structured caseload, providing video-based therapy and maintaining consistent, organized documentation. The position is focused on direct clinical work in an outpatient telehealth model.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
- Develop and refine treatment plans with clients
- Keep clear, timely notes in the EMR
- Join virtual team and clinical gatherings as needed
