GiveDirectly is seeking a Manager, Emergency Cash Recipient Experience (Remote) to lead the recipient support across Emergency Cash programs. You will design and operate the systems, processes, people, and technology that ensure recipients access help, receive high-quality support, and trust GiveDirectly throughout their journey.
You will run the Emergency Cash call center, oversee onboarding and training, monitor interactions, and drive quality improvements.
