Remote Luxury Travel Advisor

Position: 100% Remote 1099 Independent Contractor

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. No formal college degree is necessary; we prioritize drive, coachability, and communication skills over academic credentials.

Core Responsibilities:

Host live video and phone discovery consultations to uncover high-net-worth clients’ preferences, style, and travel goals.

Research, curate, and custom-build 5-star itineraries including luxury resorts, private jet/yacht charters, guided tours, and VIP experiences.

Process flight, hotel, and land arrangement bookings using vendor portals, verifying all travel dates and passenger details with zero errors.

Serve as the primary point of contact during trips to handle adjustments, special requests, or travel delays.

Required Skills:

Active Listening: Ability to hear subtle client preferences during phone/video calls to recommend tailored luxury add-ons.

Active Reading: Ability to thoroughly read, digest, and cross-reference complex vendor contracts, terms, and travel advisories.

Tech Literacy: Basic computer proficiency, including web browsing, email management, digital calendar scheduling, and video software (Zoom/Google Meet).

Communication: Highly comfortable engaging with clients over the phone and video chat with a professional, warm demeanor.

Compensation:

100% performance-based (commission structure). Successful agents in this role typically earn between $35,000 and $70,000 per year in their first 1 2 years, with uncapped earning potential as your client portfolio grows.

Comprehensive, step-by-step remote training provided upon contract signing. Includes host agency software training, sales script walk-throughs, luxury vendor certification modules, and weekly mentorship webinars.
