Maximus is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to support MassHealth LTSS programs, including ADH, AFC, GAFC and PCA. The role covers intake, telephonic screenings, documentation coordination and scheduling assessments, serving as the primary contact after an assessment request is initiated.
