Duties
- Provide legal counsel and representation in various litigation matters.
- Develop and maintain a portable book of business.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to serve public and private clients.
- Engage in strategic planning and advocacy in relevant practice areas.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Missouri and/or Kansas.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, Toxic Tort and Environmental Law, Business & Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Management and Professional Liability, or General Liability.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in Missouri and/or Kansas.
