Work Environment Our counseling center operates under a fully remote structure, allowing counselors to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their location. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. Deliver therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and client comfort. Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the duration of treatment. Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, customized to fit each client's unique preferences and needs. Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment interventions to ensure accountability and continuity of care. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and stress management. Emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity, you will work with individuals from all walks of life, making it crucial to adapt your therapeutic approach to align with their unique situations and backgrounds. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and connect effectively with clients in a virtual space. Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to manage therapy sessions and documentation efficiently in a remote working environment. An empathetic and compassionate demeanor, displaying understanding and support for clients’ experiences and unique challenges. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information is a plus. Experience in providing culturally competent care to diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
