What You’ll Do :

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Create personalized treatment plans and track progress
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital tools
