Remote Leasing Specialist: Turn Prospects Into Residents

ResiHome, a division of RESICAP, is seeking a 1099 Leasing Agent in Birmingham, AL. This 100% remote role requires 15–25% site visits and will place you as the first contact for prospective residents, qualifying leads and presenting the property’s features to drive applications.

You’ll manage the leasing process, maintain lease files, and build relationships with customers. A broker license or active broker status is required, with a BA or associate degree preferred.
