You will guide research that generates data-driven insights for service design, digital products, and policy decisions, partnering with CX strategists, designers, data analysts, and engineers.
You will design and lead qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize findings into actionable artifacts, and present insights to senior stakeholders across government agencies.
