Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Responsibilities
- Investigate, negotiate, litigate, arbitrate, and try employment-related claims spanning wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, ADA disputes, wage and hour, trade secrets, and Labor Code Section 132(a)
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations into employee complaints and disputes
- Advise clients on developing effective personnel policies and practices
- Draft and negotiate employment and severance agreements
- Deliver in-house employment practices training to client organizations
Qualifications
Required
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (non-ABA-accredited degrees will not be considered)
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in labor &
