Technical Writer (Healthcare)Location: RemoteDuration: Long TermThe MES Technical Writer is a shared DHB and ITD resource responsible for technical writing, review, and direct engagement with business and technology stakeholders to aid in the development of project artifacts for various business and technical areas.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain documentation, for federal and state programs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulationsCollaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and gather documentationWork closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracyCreate user-friendly documents and tailor content to the target audienceAbility to exercise communication skills in both written and verbal means to take complex concepts and convert into easily understood written documentationCoordinate document reviews and track progressTranslate complex information into clear, concise, and understandable languageEnsure documents are free of errors and meet quality standardsReview RFPs, RFIs, Contracts, User Guides, Training Materials, APDs and Technical RequirementsOrganize material and complete writing assignments according to agency standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
