Please see the job description below for details of the role.Job Duties and Responsibilities:The JIRA Developer will be responsible for understanding the current process, identifying gaps, gathering requirements to develop and deliver customized applications/projects to meet the organizational demandsDevelop and maintain workflows in Atlassian JIRA and other Atlassian products including tool administration and customizationInstall and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurationsDesign custom JIRA workflow for different issue types to assist in provisioning, build & deploy servers, and applications as well as other continuous integration workflowsDevelop creating JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRAResponsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or pluginsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.
