Talent Portus is seeking an Ivanti Developer to configure and customize Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, translating requirements into workflows, forms, automation, and reports. This is a remote position with onsite reporting as needed.
You will work with business users and IT teams, develop Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release modules, and integrate via REST APIs/JSON. Experience with Ivanti Neurons and other ITSM tools is highly valued, and familiarity with ITIL processes is preferred.
