Providing remote IT support for staff and executives, the full-time Enterprise IT Technician I will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, and administer Microsoft 365 and other cloud services. Key responsibilities Deliver timely and effective remote IT support, resolving issues and managing support requests through the internal ticketing system Administer Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Teams Voice, while contributing to IT documentation and process improvements Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address critical after-hours IT issues as needed Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a support technician role with remote support responsibilities Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration Experience supporting and administering Five9 Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and applications, as well as Apple iOS and Android Experience in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
