IT Process Manager / IT Continuity Process Analyst

Remote (Ireland-based candidates only)
12-Month Contract | Day Rate: DOE

We're partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to hire an experienced IT Process Manager / IT Continuity Analyst for a high-impact contract role.

This position sits at the heart of clinical operations and IT , focusing on understanding how critical healthcare services run - and ensuring they can be effectively restored in the event of disruption.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with clinical teams to understand processes, systems, and service flows
• Identify and map key IT dependencies across applications, infrastructure, and networks
• Create process maps, service documentation, and recovery plans
• Define IT continuity and disaster recovery requirements for critical services
• Collaborate with IT teams, application owners, and stakeholders to document end-to-end service recovery

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in IT process mapping, business analysis, or IT continuity / DR
• Solid technical understanding of infrastructure, applications, and service dependencies
• Ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent documentation skills (process flows, recovery plans, service maps)
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

Nice to have:

• Healthcare / clinical systems or public sector experience
• Exposure to ITIL, business continuity, or operational resilience frameworks
