Remote IT Operations Manager SLA & People Leader

Fetch is seeking a Manager of IT Operations to lead the day-to-day IT Operations team, own SLA performance, and drive a disciplined operating rhythm. You will manage a small group of engineers, coordinate with Security and IAM, and elevate the IT Operations function to the next level.

This remote role lets you work from anywhere in the United States, with responsibilities for endpoint, identity, and SaaS operations, vendor relationships, and ongoing process improvements.
