TEKsystems is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician for a fully remote role with a contract-to-hire path, based out of Raleigh, NC. You will provide first-line IT support to end-users, handling password resets, software installations, and hardware troubleshooting, while escalating complex issues as needed.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or higher in IT and certifications, plus prior call center or help desk experience.
