Extenteam is hiring a Software Engineer for our Shared Services operation. You will work on internal tooling and automation to solve real problems for agents in Manila and our Ops teams.
This is a ticket-driven role, not roadmap-driven. You will read tickets, ask clarifying questions, prioritize work, and ship reliable code quickly while collaborating closely with the Head of Operations and the Head of Shared Services Operations. Remote-friendly with daily overlap in Eastern Time.
