BrainWorks is partnering with a growing public company to place an experienced Interim Controller focused on technical accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness during a period of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, and regulator compliance for US and international entities on a 3–6 month contract with potential extension. CPA strongly preferred; IPO readiness experience a plus.
