Duties
- Lead counsel on day-to-day case management.
- Communicate independently with clients.
- Develop and manage cases with autonomy.
- Collaborate with trial-level lawyers as needed.
- Engage actively in one or more defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of insurance defense experience.
- At least 3 years of experience practicing in Arizona.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
Skills
- Strong trial and litigation skills.
- Excellent client communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
