Remote Inpatient Coder - ICD-10 Expert

Datavant is seeking experienced inpatient coders to join our remote team. The role requires strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS, with responsibilities including coding, abstracting, auditing, and mentoring Level 1 & 2 Coders.

Aiming for 95% accuracy in coding and MS-DRG assignments, you will maintain productivity benchmarks and collaborate across hospital teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of inpatient coding experience, CCS/RHIT/RHIA preferred, and strong communication skills.
