About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of production processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Design, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with on-site manufacturing and management teams to implement engineered solutions.
• Utilize simulation and data analysis tools to model process changes and predict outcomes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations analysis role.
• Strong practical experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis software, simulation tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with remote teams.
