Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls regarding orders, service requests, and general inquiries.
Review authorized order or service records to locate relevant information.
Explain available order statuses and standard procedures.
Record customer requests and update relevant information in internal systems.
Document delivery questions, service concerns, and reported discrepancies.
Refer complicated order issues to the appropriate department.
Communicate confirmed updates to customers through approved channels.
Maintain accurate notes for pending requests and follow-up activities.
Assist with basic administrative and recordkeeping tasks.
Protect customer information and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
Good verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic typing, data-entry, and computer skills.
Ability to review information carefully and identify inconsistencies.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous when addressing customer concerns.
Previous experience in order support, retail customer service, logistics support, or call center operations is helpful.
