Strictly Inbound — This Is Not a Sales Position

You are not responsible for finding donors.

You will not:

• Make outbound calls
• Cold-call anyone
• Search for prospective donors
• Sell products or services

The donor makes the first move.

Individuals voluntarily call after responding to anestablished nonprofit campaign. Once connected, you assistthem by following the campaign script and accuratelyprocessing their pledge or contribution.

What You’ll Do

• Provide courteous and professional caller support
• Follow approved scripts and campaign procedures
• Accurately record pledge and donation information
• Verify donor and transaction details
• Maintain confidentiality
• Follow compliance and quality requirements
• Meet established attendance and performanceexpectations
  

Requirements

BasicQualifications

To be considered, applicants must have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months or more of remote customer-service experience ORat least one year of onsite customer-service experience
• Accurate data-entry skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work across multiple systems whilecommunicating
• Dependable and professional work habits
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Technical Requirements

Contractors must have the appropriate equipment beforebeginning service:

• Windows 11 computer
• Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
• Wired high-speed internet
• Direct Ethernet connection
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace

Dual monitors are recommended.

MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connectionscannot be used for this opportunity.

There is no need to purchase equipment just to submit anapplication. Confirm eligibility and technical requirementsbefore making equipment purchases.

Compensation and Scheduling

Contract rates generally range from $13–$15per hour.

Earnings may depend on the specific campaign and individualperformance. Campaigns may provide servicing intervals duringdaytime, evening, and nighttime hours.

Independent contractors select from available servicingintervals. Continued access to campaigns is dependent uponfactors including reliability, attendance, quality, andperformance.
