Remote Inbound Donor Service Agent

A customer service leader is seeking experienced professionals to join their Winter Campaign Project. This role involves answering donation calls for major non-profit organizations like PBS and NPR. Candidates should have at least 6 months of telephone experience and be able to type at least 40 WPM. The project begins in late November and requires successful completion of a certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
