Remote In-House Immigration Counsel

Cotiviti seeks an Immigration Counsel to serve as in-house advisor on all immigration matters. You will coordinate with leadership on immigration operations, draft filings, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring a JD, active U.S. bar, and 6+ years in immigration law, including in-house experience. This remote role supports Cotiviti's nationwide operations with a focus on sponsorship and policy development.
