Remote In-House Counsel, M&A Transactions

Odevo AB is seeking an in-house counsel to support our acquisition-driven growth in residential property management. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating transaction documents, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration across multiple entities.

You will work closely with the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of transactional experience, exceptional drafting skills, and strong business judgment.
