Hitachi Energy is seeking a Director HR Business Partner for North America, remote-based with travel to multiple sites. You will lead the HR contribution for the Insulation & Components business and report to the North America VP Business Partner.
You will collaborate with factory HR partners to shape people strategy, drive talent outcomes, succession planning and workforce development in line with global and regional objectives, using HR analytics to guide decisions.
