Destination Pet, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support multi-state pet care centers across the U.S., reporting to the VP of Human Resources. This remote position can be based in Texas with travel to centers as needed.
We require ~8 years in HR/People Ops, strong coaching and policy development, solid knowledge of US employment law, and proficiency with Workday. You’ll partner with leaders to drive performance and risk management while enabling scalable people solutions.
