Responsibilities:
- Assistclientsinresearching,planning,andbookingcruises,hotels,andvacationpackages.
- Provideexpertrecommendationsbasedonclients’travelpreferencesandbudgets.
- Collaboratewithtoptravelsupplierstosecurethebestdealsandpromotions.
- Stayupdatedonthelatestindustrytrends,travelpolicies,andexclusiveoffers.
- Handleclientinquiries,modifications,andcancellationsprofessionallyandefficiently.
- Maintainaccuraterecordsofbookingsandclientinteractions.
- Attendtrainingsessionsandsupplierwebinarstoenhanceknowledge.
Qualifications:
- Mustbe18+andlegallyauthorizedtoworkintheU.S.
- Strongcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
- Passionfortravelandhelpingothersplanunforgettableexperiences.
- Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependently.
- Comfortableusingonlinebookingsystemsandlearningnewsoftware.
- Previousexperienceincustomerserviceorsalesisaplusbutnotrequired.
