PadSplit is hiring a Host Account Manager to act as the dedicated strategic partner and primary contact for a portfolio of PadSplit hosts. You will own activation through long-term retention, serving as the trusted advisor with deep platform, policy, and fee-structure knowledge.
You will be measured on response times, occupancy performance, host satisfaction, churn reduction, and portfolio retention, while building proactive relationships to help hosts thrive on the PadSplit platform.
