TRU Community Care is looking for a phone triage nurse. This nurse will work with our afterhours and triage team, taking in calls from patients and collaborating with visit nurses on patient needs as necessary.
Must have a current RN license in Colorado or a compact license, reside in Colorado, Florida, or Georgia, and have at least one year of RN experience (hospice/home health/PACE preferred). A secure HIPAA workspace and reliable internet are required. Training may occur near Lafayette, CO.
