Working remotely, the full-time salaried Remote Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst (HIM) will conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and data collection, provide tier-2 support for application incidents, and modify Epic records to tailor the system to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, ensuring effective design, build, testing, and maintenance of solutions Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and collaborate with teams to resolve maintenance items and enhancement requests Develop and maintain requirements and test cases for new or enhanced functionality, ensuring compliance with departmental policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree 3 years of Epic-specific experience with relevant certifications in supporting applications HIM Deficiency Tracking Certificate, HIM Release of Information Certificate, and Identity Certificate required Proficiency in related application areas with additional certifications preferred Ability to work independently and model teamwork within and across teams
