Ashby is seeking a High Touch Implementation Specialist in the PST or MST timezone to lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market customers.
In this remote-first role, you’ll manage a book of about 15 active implementations at a time, each lasting 4–8 weeks, while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure success.
You’ll travel less than 10% for customer engagements and focus on delivering value, best practices, and strong customer outcomes.
