What You'll Do
* Utilize our exclusive platform and your connections to source potential healthcare candidates
* Reach out to potential candidates to familiarize them with MLR and assess their interest
* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist in the hiring process
* Keep precise records in our applicant tracking software
* Earn commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that occur, and placements that result from your connections

How You'll Be Paid
