What You'll Do

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth assessments
* Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and facilitate their hiring journey
* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads
