Wider Circle is seeking a remote Healthcare Onboarding Training Facilitator to join the Learning & Development team on a contract basis. You will deliver live remote onboarding sessions for Care Navigators across the country, using HIPAA-compliant content, LMS tools, and collaborative curriculum improvements.
You will coordinate cohorts, provide real-time coaching, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that supports patient outcomes and program success.
