To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist will manage communication with consumers regarding unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and perform skip tracing while working remotely on a Central Time Zone schedule. Key responsibilities Communicate with consumers via phone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts Provide thorough and accurate updates on account status in computer files Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist in payment solutions Required qualifications Experience with healthcare 3rd party collections Proficient computer skills A positive and friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks High levels of ambition and a desire for career growth
