Remote Health Consultant

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Health Consultant will engage with clients through high-volume inbound and outbound interactions, providing empathetic guidance on body composition, nutrition, and fitness while managing appointment scheduling and contributing to process improvements. Key responsibilities Handle client interactions across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and a human touch Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision Answer client questions on health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear and empathetic communication Required qualifications 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment, preferably with CX platforms like HubSpot or Zendesk Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to learn and explain DEXA science Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating natural empathy Ability to thrive with direct feedback and adapt quickly to new systems
