Remote Health Benefits Support Specialist

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is a healthcare third-party benefit administrator with 30+ years of experience. We seek a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from providers and members, delivering courteous service across all inquiries.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, a training schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm CST, 4 weeks), and a pay rate of $18 per hour plus quarterly bonuses. After training, shifts run 10:00am–2:00pm Central Time.
