Remote Head of Structured Solutions

Driving the strategic direction for structured investment solutions, the full-time Remote Head of Structured Solutions will manage an established credit fund, oversee counterparty relationships, and lead the development of new structured products while working remotely from anywhere. Key responsibilities Set the strategic direction and design new structured products for the Xapo client base Conduct comprehensive due diligence on counterparties and maintain ongoing credit risk oversight of the fund Build and manage the Structured Solutions team, mentoring junior analysts and expanding the team as needed Required qualifications Substantial experience in investment management, structured products, or digital asset markets Demonstrable credit underwriting and counterparty risk experience, ideally including unsecured lending Strong quantitative capability with experience in building or overseeing pricing and risk models Track record of designing and launching new financial products, particularly in yield, lending, or tokenisation Familiarity with both Bitcoin and traditional fiat markets, with a genuine interest in the intersection of digital assets and structured finance
